David Sobel is and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Sobel & Company, a certified public accounting firm, located in the Rittenhouse Square area of Center City Philadelphia, since 1976.

• Has owned and managed a mid-sized accounting practice with diverse clientele in and around Delaware Valley and South Jersey.
• Has performed audits, compilations and reviews of financial statements on various profit and not-for-profit organizations.
• Has prepared various tax returns and government reports on federal, state, and local levels.
• Clients have ranged from businesses with annual gross sales of $10 million and over 300 employees to a real estate limited partnership with 40 or more partners.

• Was a founding partner in a firm of approximately 20 employees for a six-year period having similar functions and responsibilities as mentioned above.

• Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Music Fair Enterprises, a publicly-held company with 14 divisions, 2,500 employees and annual sales in excess of $40 million.

The family has residences in Center City Philadelphia, and Cape May New Jersey.
